Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of three main parts: the power end, the fluid end, and the partition plate connections.
2. The power end uses a worm and worm gear reduction system, providing high reduction ratios, smooth operation, and long service life.
3. The input shaft of the power end and the plunger of the fluid end are aligned in the same direction, facilitating the installation and power drive of the pump unit. The lubrication oil pump for the power end is integrated into the opposite end of the worm gear input shaft, eliminating the need for an external lubrication drive.
4. The pump casing also serves as the lubrication oil tank for the power end.
5. The fluid end pump head features a split design, with each plunger corresponding to a separate pump head section. Each section can be individually replaced, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
6. Equipped with different plunger diameters (3.375" to 4.5") to accommodate various pressures and displacements, offering customers a range of options.
